I gotta tell ya, it's been a rough week. In case you haven't heard, Sunday morning there was a train derailment that killed four people just north of Manhattan along the Hudson River. That train is the train I take to work every day.
It brought up a lot of emotions, it was a terrible accident and I felt horrible for the people who died and were injured. I was thinking "What if this happened while I was going to work???" and those thoughts started messing with me. Then throughout the week I was annoyed because my commute was messed up from the repairs that had to be made AND I felt guilty for being annoyed.
I was a tossed salad of EMO this week but it all further confirms that my current situation taking this incredibly long commute isn't for me anymore and I really need a way out of it. It's not only taken a toll on me, but my poor boyfriend who has to drop me off and pick me up at the train station every day because we can only afford one car at the moment. It makes me feel like such a loser at times.
But anyway, I can't keep dwelling on such things because it's Friday, it's the weekend, I'll be vending at the Hudson Valley Hullabaloo tomorrow and I've really been looking forward to this event. Will definitely share my experience next week.
Once again I'm late with the monthly Instagram photos but November was a slow month...

Looking at the last three images, yes I went to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade but stood at a far enough distance to not be too annoyed with crowds but still see the balloons which is what I really wanted to see anyway. We showed up halfway through so I missed Snoopy and Hello Kitty but that's ok, I got to see Santa.
