All payments are made through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order. Pulp Sushi accepts credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) also via Paypal.
Do I need a PayPal account?No, you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. During checkout, at the PayPal window look for the message that says "Don't have a PayPal Account?" This is the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal.
How secure is my information?
Your payment information is secure as PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do you take an E-Check?
Yes, E-Checks are accepted also through PayPal. If you pay by e-Check, your item will not be shipped until the payment has cleared which can take a few days.
How is your shipping calculated?
Cost of domestic shipping is for First Class Shipping & Tracking. Items are shipped domestically within 3 days after payment is received.
A note about International Shipping:
Items shipped First Class International (5-10 days) from New York (USA). Depending on the country the order is being shipped to, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (especially for Jewelry), which are solely the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
What is your return policy?
All Sales are final and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you are not happy with your product or if it has arrived damaged, you will be refunded upon returning the item(s) within 7 days. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the item only, not the cost of shipping.
Jewelry Repair
There is a lifetime warranty on items that may need to be repaired, just contact me for shipping information.
